24 Required CE hours Monday Oct 14 - Thursday Oct 17, 2024. Special package pricing for all 24 hours is $339.00. No tests.

Classes 9am - noon and 1pm - 4pm Mountain Time. Can be attended in person (limited seating) and on ZOOM. Zoom requires video (camera), a microphone, and reliable high-speed internet.

If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. If you cannot be seen on camera during all sessions, you may not receive renewal credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access.

Reminder email with Zoom invitation and class handouts link will be sent two days before class. Email will come from EventBrite.

If attending in class: Class in the basement of The Rushmore Building Room #B4 in the basement. Doors open about 10 minutes before class. If you need to switch to zoom please let us know.

Transfer Policy: Up until two days before class starts you may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

Refund Policy: All classes are refundable until one day before class begins. Refund amount will be less the credit card and EB fees which Carol's Classes paid upon purchase. Please allow time for us to manually process the transfer.

We have small classes with fun discussions and lots of interaction. Every class has a ZOOM option with no additional fee.

Carol's Classes offers classes (in-class and ZOOM) for people wanting to explore and become real estate agents and property managers. We also offer continuing education and post-licensing classes for license renewals for Brokers, Broker Associates, Property Managers, and Residential Rental Agents. Some classes also work for Home Inspectors.

Most classes are held in the basement level (Room #B4) of The Rushmore Building, 2040 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702. (Located next door to Flowers By LeRoy).
