Volunteers are needed to:
- Set up equipment (barriers, signage, etc.) prior to show start
- Register exhibitors as they arrive in the morning.
- Safely marshal cars to their display spots according to make, origin and vintage.
- Assist exhibitors and attendees at the event information table.
- Assist exhibitors and attendees throughout the day.
- Safely marshal cars out of the festival area at the end of the day.
The volunteer coordination team may not be able to satisfy all preferences, but we will be guided by the information you provide us as we develop the duty roster.
Assignments will be communicated in the weeks leading up to the event. We look forward to working with you!
