<h3>◆In the near future, what is the possibility that digitalization of denture treatment can bring and also limitations? </h3><p><strong>～Impression of the conventional method ・Standardized quality that, breaking away from the occlusal acquisition.  ・Labor cost saving in the treatment process. ～</strong></p><p>        In recent years, digitalization in dentistry has progressed rapidly. Denture treatment digitalization is gradually progressing in the United States and all around the globe, and particularly, digital shift manufacturing technology standardization strongly suggests reducing the burden on dentists' and patients' sides (such as low labor costs and fewer appointments).  According to the survey on our international Facebook denture prosthodontics group "<a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/japan.denture.professionals" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Japan Denture Professionals</a> (<strong>currently 4200 international dentists</strong>)" majority of members answered they are interested in digital dentures.  We think that it proved a high degree of interest in digital dentures from the global field.　Unfortunately, even though they are highly interested and it is a very attractive topic, detailed studies and information are hard to find. </p><h3>Specifically from the dentist's perspective:</h3><h3>Q:  Compared to the conventional method what kind of change is made?</h3><h3>Q: What kind of change of development is expected? Can we predict it? </h3><h3>Q:  How about the accuracy of dentures? </h3><h3>Q:  How can we successfully adapt digital workflow clinically?</h3><p>etcetera, many dentists have doubts and questions like these. </p><p>Therefore, as a professor who is researching digital dentistry and as a dentist who specializes in dentures,<strong> D.D.S., Ph.D. Manabu Kanazawa Professor of Digital Dentistry, Graduate School Medical and Dental Sciences,</strong> <a href="https://www.tmd.ac.jp/english/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU)</a> will give a lecture about the near future of digital denture treatment and digital treatment required methods based on evidence. </p><h2>How far can digitalization make taking impression for the edentulous patient mouth and taking registration of maxillo-mandibular relation easier?  even though it is difficult for conventional methods? </h2><p>Professor will give a wide range of lectures from the overall prospect to specific methods that can be used immediately in your clinic. Inside the hospital, there is a lab studio particularly for digital research. And it is installed with the latest IOS(Intraoral scanner), laboratory scanner, Milling machine, 3D printer for aggressively conducting clinical treatment-based digital denture research. </p>
