Melanie Rosenbaum is a Sales Associate and Blogger with Compass RE.  She has great interest and expertise regarding real estate and architecture, with versed knowledge on the building and design process for new construction, renovation and historical homes.   She is an individual who truly believes in community, and giving back to the community she serves.

House Tour Participant Notes:(3/17/22)We encourage you to purchase tickets today, as there are a limited amount of tickets available and ticket price will increase to $45 two days before the tour.   The House Tour Map may be picked up on the day of the tour, at a location TBD in Short Hills from 10:30am - 12:00pm.  Participants will be informed of the location via an Eventbrite email approximately 2 days before the tour. At that location please find swag bags for the first 25 people to pick up their maps at the TBD location in Short Hills. Please do not bring any bags into the houses. Please note that you may be asked to remove your shoes in some of the homes.  It is highly recommended to wear shoes you can slip on &amp; off easily.  Enjoy an Architectural and Real Estate House Tour which will provide the opportunity for you to tour many available Short Hills, NJ high-end properties all in one day.  The tour gives you a chance to get a pulse on local real estate values, while taking in all the creative architectural and design elements inside the homes.  At each house, the participants will be greeted with treats, a light lunch, giveaways and/or prizes.Millburn Township Public School&#x27;s Special Services Department will use the proceeds to send numerous staff members to the Autism NJ State Conference and the Autism NJ Transition Conference.  (Autism Speaks is the official national organization while Autism NJ is the official state organization).  The proceeds will also be utilized to further provide parental and professional development for all district members, at the discretion of the Director of Special Services.  New in 2022 the Millburn High School Transition Coordinator (Unified Club Advisor, and Certified Employment Support Professional), the Unified Club at the high school, and the MHS Job Training Students who work to attain skills necessary to be as independent as possible at the workplace, will help with the tour. We will all work together to help produce the event. These two groups will of course be amongst the organizations receiving a portion of the proceeds.  Autism affects 1 in 35 children in New Jersey.  What is Autism Spectrum Disorder?&quot;Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or autism is a neurobiological disorder characterized by impairments in social communication and interaction as well as restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior.
