South Tampa CrossFit

Are you a CrossFit Athlete, Yogi, or exercise enthusiast who’s battling against pain?Whether you’re experiencing little aches that keep on resurfacing, or you’re being prevented from doing what you love the most because of chronic pain…Being in pain sucks. It’s exhausting…It’s anxiety driving…It’s frustrating…And, it’s time to reclaim your health, wellness and pain-free movement…Back in 2016, I started to get hip pain when training to compete in CrossFit. As a coach myself, I felt like I’d tried everything to resolve the problem from assistance work, resting, massage therapy, foam rolling and more. You name it - I tried it and nothing seemed to work. Until I started to explore barefoot movement, breathing mechanics and tension-based training.By implementing these methods, I was able to:

Get out of pain

Build consistency in training again

Get back to what I love doing the most

I’ve now distilled these practices into my ABT Method, which is the process I use to help my clients make massive improvements to their pain in 90-days.Just like Kaemon here’s what he had to say about working with me: I was dealing with a lingering shoulder injury due to over using my shoulder during volleyball. I learned from Mitch to fix the specific injury you do not fix the specific injury. You must focus on the imbalances that are around the injury. He coaches you to connect your mind with every inch of your body in a very methodical way. The experience overall was fantastic!!! I enjoyed every minute of it and gained a lot of insight about how to correct my incorrect weight lifting techniques to effectively treat my injury. With Mitch’s guidance in less than 6 sessions I was in no more pain. I was in pain the last 8 months at my original PT I was seeing before him and it felt like my road to health was never going to feel 100% again. The event:In this 90-minute seminar I will break down the ABT Method that I used with Kaemon and you will walk away with:• An understaning of why your current pain is happening• How to resolve current aches and pains using the ABT method.• Reduced anxiety and frustration around your injury• Know how to train for performance while maintaining longevity• Understand how you can regain lost progress. To secure your place click the ticket button and get set your dontation. ***Suggested minimum: $20
