<p>Join me for a 1 hour heart pumping HIIT/resistance band training class with live sounds by Dj Spoiled Milk. This class is mainly geared towards targeting glutes &amp; abs, and will utilize “E.ARN.IT FITNESS” resistance bands. If you are looking for something to grow your glutes &amp; slim your waist while you catch a VIBE, this is your class!** ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOMED** There will be modifications offered for more advanced exercises.</p>
