I am a certified professional cuddler, platonic touch practitioner, and workshop facilitator who enjoys connecting with people in many different ways. I am passionate about creating safer spaces where people feel comfortable, seen, and accepted exactly as they are.  I also enjoy helping people to unlock more personal power as they identify their needs and unapologetically state their boundaries.As a genderqueer, pansexual, polyamorous, person of color; I know the importance of safer spaces. I enjoy creating these spaces for people of underrepresented groups to feel seen, understood, and at ease. If you struggle with clearly stating your boundaries (personal or professional) or you often feel trapped by the expectations of others; this course is for you. This online course will give you the tools to better identify what you want, notice your resistance, clearly form &amp; establish your boundaries, and consistently honor your truth. It's time to say goodbye to that inner people pleaser and hello to the empowered person on the other side.This is a 4 part webinar series. The dates are 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20. All sessions will be held on zoom from 7 pm - 9:30 pm. This 4 part series includes 4 main components:<ol><li>Identifying What We Want: Before we even talk about how to start getting what we want, we need to identify what we want and examine our willingness to truly receive.</li><li>Identifying What We Don't Want: In a society filled with guilt and unrealistic expectations, it can sometimes be hard to admit to ourselves that we really don't want something. Together we will identify our "no's" and practice stating them.</li><li>Identifying &amp; Holding Our Boundaries: Together we will identify what boundaries actually are, differentiating them from limits and rules. Then, we will discuss the ones that we have and the ones that we desperately need. We will also discuss what will be possible for us when we implement these boundaries into our lives.</li><li>What To Do If Our Boundaries Are Crossed: We'll explore some ways that we can continue moving in a powerful direction with clarity, no matter what. Speaking your truth is often challenging, but it's a lot easier when you know what to say. Will this be a large class?<ul><li>No. This class is limited to 7 participants to ensure that everyone has time to share their unique challenges and get support as we work towards our goals.</li></ul>3. Why do we have homework?<ul><li>We can't cover everything during our sessions. Real-world practice is essential to truly grow. Having a daily practice allows us to stay committed between sessions, fully understand the practical applications, and build habits.</li></ul>4. Where and when is this course?<ul><li>This is a 4 part webinar series. The dates are 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20.
