Principle-driven review of 2021 and personal planning for 2022. 
Extract the best decisions and principles from 2021 and apply them in 2022.

This webinar aims to give you a new perspective on 2021 by highlighting key takeaways and situations so you can apply your learnings in 2022. We hope to encourage an active style of reflection where insights can be turned into guiding principles that can be applied to situations moving forward. The workshop will be a 2-hour webinar with volunteers available to answer questions and support you. Our workshop will loosely follow this format:1. Summarize 2021 by month2. Key decision analysis and principle creation/identification - why did you make your decisions, what factors (and driven-principles) from those decisions are helpful to consider in the future?3. Prioritization for 2022 - choose personal and professional goals, highlight principles to apply and refine in the upcoming year4. Operationalize and specify action steps for 2022 - set up some reminders, accountability, and next steps
