No art experience necessary!T﻿his is a 1 hour live stream of guided intuitive art to help you process, find joy, and release stress.Bring materials that make color: colored pencils, markers, watercolor, acrylic, crayons, pastels…Intuitive art is a healing modality that allows us to access our intuition, body wisdom, &amp; higher self. A meditative process inviting colors, shapes, images, and lines to come to us from our depths, or the cosmos, transforming suffering into understanding, moving energy that has been caught in the body and allowing the release of emotions. Intuitive Art is not about creating beautiful art. It’s about inviting all of our parts to join us in a form of expression and healing. Being human is messy and complex.
