Hike to hidden springs in Seminole State Forest

Seminole State Forest Cassia Trail Head

Join Wekiva Wild and Scenic River System, Wekiva River Aquatic Preserve, Friends of the Wekiva River, and Seminole State Forest for a tour of the hidden springs! This tour will have limited capacity, so sign up early! 

This limited capacity trek will include riding in vehicles to trailheads and then hiking through the trails less traveled to reach some of the springs in Seminole State Forest. Learn from Seminole State Forests’ biologist about the plants, animals, and history of these unique springs.This hike has the potential to be buggy and muddy, please dress accordingly. Please be sure to bring plenty of water, a camera, binoculars, and any snacks you may want.
