Please join us Saturday 1/8/22, 7-9p, for a Sound Meditation with @vanessal818. This meditation will take you inward through a sonic sound journey where you will be invited into the system of our life force energy in a gradual sequence through a talk on how to listen to sound, breath work, &amp; vocal toning. The sound is set to assist you on staying present, as well as to transcend the chatter of the monkey mind, to ultimately enter meaningful states of exploration and deep listening. A variety of overtone emitting instruments will be played as well as an invitation to explore the uniqueness of your own instrument by using our own vocal cords. We will examine different states of harmony &amp; resonance, both inner and outer.ALL attendees must show proof of Covid vaccination upon arrival at the studio. COVID 19 &amp; YOUR SAFETYSPARŚA is committed to providing the safest possible experience for all of our guests and practitioners. Due to the variety of modalities we offer and out of respect for our vulnerable clients, vaccination is required to enter the studio and masks are required in common areas at all times by all guests, instructors and practitioners. Along with the safety precautions our team is taking, we ask that you help us ensure everyone’s safety and comfort during your time at the studio by reading the information regarding Covid safety precautions below. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us provide a healing and safe experience for everyone at SPARŚA.ENJOYING A SAFE ENVIRONMENTREQUIRED VACCINATIONA one-time proof of vaccination is now required to enter the studio, attend classes, attend events or receive treatments. TEAM WELLNESS All team members, and practitioners, are monitored daily for any signs of illness when they arrive to the studio. Team members, and practitioners, are encouraged to test, for Covid, every other week. CLEAN ENVIRONMENT We implement heightened cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, sanitizing frequently touched surfaces before and after each gathering and we have installed air purifiers in all rooms. MASKS Until further notice, masks must be worn at all times in common areas of the studio, by our team members and all guests. You can choose to remove your mask when you have settled on your mat during classes or during treatments if you and your practitioner are comfortable removing masks. When in the common areas, asks must be worn properly, covering each persons entire nose, mouth and chin. Acceptable face coverings include, but are not limited to, cloth-based face coverings and disposable masks, appropriate for exercise, that cover both the mouth and nose. Bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not acceptable face coverings. Individuals who are unable to medically tolerate a face covering, must wear a face shield at all times. If you do not medically tolerate a mask, you must bring your own appropriate face shield. No exceptions. We are happy to demonstrate how to wear your mask, if you are not sure. If you do not have a mask, we will have masks for purchase. SOCIAL DISTANCING Please respect social distancing and remain 6ft apart from other guests and our team members. Designated practice areas will be provided to ensure safe distancing. HAND SANITIZING Our team is washing and sanitizing their hands frequently throughout the day, and we ask that you do the same. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry and please take advantage of the sanitizing stations and restroom to keep your hands clean during your time at the studio. STUDIO CHECK IN PROCESS Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, so that we can safely check everyone in. You must be checked in no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time; otherwise, your spot may be allocated to the next person on the waitlist.TEMPERATURE CHECKS We require, no contact, temperature checks, for every guest, upon entry. TEST + TRACE We will record your contact info (Name, address &amp; phone number) and temperature for our TEST + TRACE records, per NYC covid reopening requirements.
