We will be checking vaccines at the door and we strongly recommend wear a face mask or covering, although it is not required.___________We&#x27;re celebrating our 30th edition of the Affordable Art Fair in NYC this Spring so join us at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea from March 24 - 27, 2022 with our Private View opening on Wednesday, March 23!When you visit Affordable Art Fair NYC you’ll find an inspiring and friendly atmosphere where you can browse thousands of original contemporary paintings, sculptures, photographs and prints showcased by a myriad of local, national and international exhibitors. We aim to deliver the art-filled and fun Affordable Art Fair NYC experience you know and love, while maintaining compliance with the protocols and mandates of New York City and New York State health departments, the CDC, and the WHO, following their guidance on indoor gatherings. Please make sure you have read and understood these measures before your visit. In the interest of everyone&#x27;s safety, ticket holders who don&#x27;t follow these guidelines or fail to present the required documents will unfortunately not be allowed into the fair. To make our fairs a safe event for everyone, we’re implementing the following safety measures onsite: 1. Cashless Payment: To help with health and safety, we will only be accepting card and contactless payments throughout the fair.2. Health and Safety Measures: To help keep visitors, exhibitors and staff safe, we are following protocols laid out by the local government. From mandatory face masks and temperature checks as you arrive, to providing hand-sanitizer and PPE stations, increased cleaning of the restrooms and other high use areas; you can be confident that the fair is a safe environment. 3. Frequent Health Checks: Exhibitors and staff will be asked to show proof of vaccine and booster (if it&#x27;s that time already) to receive access to the venue. During the fair, we will continue to perform staff wellness checks including temperature checks and of course, any staff who are feeling unwell will be asked to stay at home. 4. Venue Ventilation: The Metropolitan Pavilion’s HVAC system is equipped with MERV filters rated to prevent the spread of bacteria and droplet nuclei.5. On-Site Food and Beverages: We will have a fully functioning cafe and bar for this edition. We do ask that you are conscious of when your mask is below your nose or mouth while actively eating or drinking.GETTING THEREMetropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street. Find us between 6th and 7th Avenues in Chelsea. Nearest subways are 1, 2, 3, L, F and M lines. Nearest MTA bus lines are M5, M7 and M20.Important notice re COVID-19: Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event.
