Join cannabis industry stakeholders and DC City Council in conversation to guarantee equity for Black millennials in DC's upcoming recreational market. We are excited to meet with the Council and the community to talk about building generational wealth. To date, no recreational cannabis market includes tangible equity for the Black community - this changes in DC!
