You have every intention of setting your day up for success by saying affirmations but when the time comes one of two things happen;1 - You skip them because you have more important things to do 2 - You say them but they don&#x27;t hit your spirit right which makes you feel silly for even saying them in the first place, so you continue going through the motions but don&#x27;t believe anything you&#x27;re saying.This ain&#x27;t the energy we are rolling with in 2022!I&#x27;m inviting you to my self-care workshop where we are going to dive deep into the truth of why your limiting beliefs are holding you back, how to effectively implement affirmations into your self-care practice and also things to be aware before creating your own or using random ones you found on the internet.By the time you leave you&#x27;ll have a working knowledge of how affirmations are meant to work and also how to then effectively use them everyday to create more calm, confidence and clarity in your life. Yasss!!!Hosted by Bre, founder of Brown Girl Self-Care, this even will be held virtually on Zoom. There will be space at the end for Q &amp; A so come get your self-care questions answered. The replay will be available to all that register for the event within 48-72 hours so if you aren&#x27;t able to attend you&#x27;ll still be able to watch the video.
