Interactive viewing party for my CU lecture, that took place on Dec 2nd, 2021!

The Gentrification of Twerk and SW, and it&#x27;s negative impact on the Black and SW community, is a lecture that explores gentrification, cultural appropriation, erasure and other harmful nuances, perpetuated by the pole community, and the mainstream community, regarding pole dancing and Twerk; Black culture, and SW culture.During the viewing party, we will watch the lecture, reveiw the questions prompted by a few of the students from MUSIC3317, and then we&#x27;ll have our own discussion, at the end.Spaces are limited, and this will be a recorded event. Individual copies of the lecture will not be available for sale.NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
