7pm EST - 8:30pm EST- BAMM&#x27;S TWERKSHOP: Bamm&#x27;s Twerkshop is a workshop that teaches the Afrocentric style dance, of booty shaking. Originating in the motherland that is Africa, Twerk, popularized by Black folx all over, is a great way to work out the entire body ( specifically the abs, glutes, quads, and calves ), stretch out the hips and legs, and increase back mobility. Fundamentals in technique building, control and body articulation will be explored in this amazing workshop.Reccomended materials: Notebook, pen, kneepads, booty shorts, thongs, loose fitting material ( you want your cheeks free ), socks, water.9pm EST - 10:30 EST - TEAZE ( SW ONLY ): Learn the art of striptease in this workshop designed for specifically for sws. In this workshop, students will learn how to remove their clothing with the intent of entertaining and getting more money from their customers. Students will learn how to remove their clothing strategically and effortlessly, how to use their clothing as a prop, and how to dance naked, with no inhibitions. Reccomended materials: Notebook, pen, heels, bra, panties ( wear 2 pairs, preferably a thong on the bottom and the one to take off, on the top ), two piece stripper outfits HIGHLY recommended, dress like you&#x27;d dress for work<ul><li>If you are comfortable with semi nudity on camera ( unfortunately zoom is weird about bodies ): boobies are allowed, pasties are fine, no genitals allowed :( , unless you turn off your camera.</li><li>If you are not comfortable with semi nudity on camera: wear your bra over a skin tight shirt.</li></ul>TIP: Save your receipts for tax season!!!NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
