11am - 12:30pm - FLOREXXX: In this workshop, there is no apperatus; just you and your body. We will expand upon movement, floor acrobatics, mobility and articulation. When it&#x27;s just you, you become more aware of how you move in the space areound you... and that is the purpose of this workshop; body awareness, the utilization of raw strength and flexiblity, and relying on yourself, not an apparatus, to execute movment.Reccomended materials: Notebook, pen, kneepads, heels, leggings, socks, water.12:30 - 2pm - SIT ON MY FACE: This is a chair dance workshop, designed to change how you view chairs, forever. Perfect for those wanting to dable into another appertaus, those looking to spice things up for their partners, and for dancers looking to add some new moves to their VIP repertoire. Chair moves for performance and working out, will be learned in this workshop.Reccomended materials: Notebook, pen, kneepads, heels, leggings, socks, water.NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 3 DAYS OF EVENT REQUIRED - MUST WEAR A MASK.
