7pm - 8:30pm - ROCKSTAR RHYTHM: Sex, drugs, and rock and roll... Exoplore the genre of Rock with this kick ass workshop. Dive into the elements of grunge, metal, punk, emo, classic rock and more, as we investigate musicality and the transfer of energy from our ears, to our bodies, in an effort to display what we hear through our movement. Power moves, sensuality, head banging and hair flips, heel clacks and more will be explored, during this electrifying workshop.Recommended materials: Notebook, pen, kneepads, heels, leggings ( with panties underneath, in case you need to take the leggings off ), socks, water.9pm - 10:30pm - MELT: In this workshop, participants will explore fluidity, textures, connectivity, and movement. Explorations in dynamic movement, transitions, and control will enable the dancer to become more aware of their bodies, and what they are able to convey and express, while moving; as well as, becoming more secure and confident in their movement.Recommended materials: Notebook, pen, kneepads, heels, leggings, socks, water.NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NEGATIVE COVID TEST WITHIN 3 DAYS OF EVENT REQUIRED - MUST WEAR A MASK.
