Receiving Reflective Consultation aka Intro to Reflective Consultation: The Participant Perspective

<p>Presented by Carol Young</p><p>Participating in reflective supervision/consultation (RSC) requires an understanding of the role of the participant and the foundational framework of RSC. This session is designed to be an introduction. We will explore RSC from the perspective of a reflective relationship and name some of the principle and practices embraced in the process. What is your part in the relationship? What can you expect from your reflective consultant? What is 'reflective space and how is it different than other kinds of supervision or consultation?</p>
