No more trying to be mindful alone.The Hive exists to develop creative, compassionate, and mindfully-engaged citizens in the Cincinnati region through small group classes and workshops. We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. Your partnership helps make this nonprofit possible.(As a social enterprise, the Hive shares our story with photos of classes and events. Click here to join today.</a></p><h2>Crafting a Vibrant Life: Whole-Hearted Living</h2><h3>Domains: Collective Action, Creative Expression</h3><p>What audacious visions do you hold? What’s the most vibrant life you can imagine for yourself</p><p>and your community? What stories live in the bones of you, that wish to translate to your day-to-day life? Let’s start the New Year by exploring our images of whole-hearted living! We’ll also navigate barriers to bringing these images to life. Through a variety of practices like story-council, writing, and art-making, we’ll learn to craft lives of depth and service.</p><p>Amy Tuttle, MA Arts in Transformation from Eastern University 2013, has served communities around the globe as a facilitator, trainer, and community-based artist for 15 years.  Her experiences range from guiding public art installations, developing and guiding &quot;Arts-Based First Response&#x27;&#x27; for disaster-relief scenarios, and training arts practitioners around the world. Tuttle has also studied with the School of Lost Borders as a Vision Fast Guide and Animas Valley Institute as a Council Guide. </p><p>Currently, she serves as the Chief Director of Programming for Wordplay Cincy, an arts-based organization where “stories write the future” in Cincinnati, Oh, USA. Tuttle is a member of NOAH (National Organization of Arts in Health), a faculty for the Global Arts in Medicine Institute, and a practitioner with the Cincinnati Arts Association&#x27;s “Arts in Healing” program.  </p><p>Tuttle loves guiding experiences for individuals and groups with a range of themes like: clarifying purpose, healing from challenging experiences, and working with life&#x27;s various transitions. Tuttle considers her practice a simple+deep process of storytelling to transfer meaning, build bridges of communication, engage across differences, and explore building the world together. Tuttle believes the arts can support individuals and communities in personal growth, community-building, and cultural transformation.</p><h3>COVID Considerations:</h3><h3>Since the &quot;we space&quot; of the Hive is a community effort, it is important to us that we partner to make our space as safe as possible to the most vulnerable among us. The intent is to live out a core value of the Hive, which is the co-creation of the common good. </h3><h3>Because of this, it is our policy to require masks regardless of vaccination status for this class. In addition, we ask anyone who is feeling sick or has a high temperature to not attend until they are recovered. </h3><h3>We trust that if you are in community with us that you will join this shared intention.
