Connected and Whole is a monthly invitation to tune in to what your body is saying, and to care for your body with kindness and presence.

Each of us lives in a body that supports us in so many ways— carrying us wherever we go, transforming food into energy, holding our emotions, and giving us necessary (and often subconscious) signals that guide our actions. Yet many of us tend to live “in our heads,” as if unaware of, separated, or disconnected from our one-and-only body. Connected &amp; Whole is a monthly invitation to tune in to what the body is saying, and to care for this body with kindness and presence.Together, we’ll practice body-awareness meditation, gentle movement (a blend of stretching, yoga, and qigong), and self-massage to cultivate a caring relationship of reciprocity with the body.
