Join the IHQC team for our "Designing a QI Project" Learning Lab on March 2nd! Leveraging IHQC’s Project Design Checklist, participants will review key steps and templates they can use to help them create comprehensive, actionable project plans. By working through the critical design stages, teams will be better equipped to:

Assess the current state to ensure they understand any underlying challenges/problems that are impacting processes and care delivery.
Prioritize their change ideas and create a clear vision and theory of change for their initiative.
Draft a project plan with SMART goals, impact measures, and clarity on team roles and responsibilities.

Participants will have access to two on-demand modules prior to the live session on March 2nd.

Who Should Attend:

This program is open to all safety net staff and providers who may be involved in designing a new QI project for their organization.

After registration, an IHQC staff member will be in touch in late February with links to the on-demand modules and your unique Zoom link for the live workshop. These Zoom links are associated with your registration profile, so please do not share this link with anyone else. You will not be able to join the learning lab if someone else is using your link.
