What is "intergenerational trauma" and what can you do about it? Are you a part of the problem or the solution?

In this safe space discussion series for BIPOC, we will talk about intergenerational trauma and how to make sure they end with us. Intergenerational trauma can be passed on to your children, direct reports, and mentees.
