2022 Fair Housing Class - 3/22/22

Fair Housing will be offered as a Zoom class. All registrants will receive a link to join prior to the course start date.DESCRIPTION: This course is approved for 3 CORE-FAIR HOUSING continuing education credits by RI DBR and qualifies for the required 3 hours of fair housing that all licensees must complete effective 1/1/22. In this course, REALTORS® will receive a historical overview of Fair Housing in America, The HUD regulations, State and Local Fair Housing Laws, and information on Protected classes. Instructor is Kevin Dumont. DBR REQUIREMENTS FOR ZOOM CLASSES: We are required to collect a copy of your driver’s license in order to verify your identity. Class will be recorded and monitored in real-time. Students must have video and audio enabled and arrive 10 minutes early. Students must comply with our <a href="https://nribr.realtor/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/NRIBRCodeofConductforBroadcastClasses.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Code of Conduc</a>t throughout class. Those not in compliance will be removed and not receive any CEU’s or refunds. We are unable to provide technical help.COST: $30.00 for NRIBR or GPBOR members ; $55 for Non-MembersAdvance registration and payment are required. Please be prepared to register with your <a href="https://login.connect.realtor/#!/forgotmember" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">9-digit NRDS member ID number</a> in order to receive the reduced rate through the green TICKETS box above.
