BYOW - Bring Your Own Wine

Spirited! is intended to help everyone learn more about wine in a fun, engaging manner WITHOUT the pressure to buy wine!   We are about learning and having fun only - don't be afraid!The company is comprised of Tamara and Bill Atkins both of whom are certified Sommeliers and hold a variety of other certifications.  But, don't let those credentials fool you - they aren't wine snobs and they love to learn and share information about wine.  It is important to note that the company is not affiliated with any wine school, wine distributor or wine retail outlet. Show up, have fun, meet new people or long time friends, learn a little bit about wine, eat, go home.  Easy, easy.

Bring a bottle of wine to share.  We will provide the glasses and food to graze on.  A fun way to learn about new wines!

Beginning at 6:00 pm - please arrive bringing a bottle to share with others. We will provide hearty appetizers and glasses so that others can sample your bottle. Sample other people&#x27;s bottles as well. There will be no official lecture about these wines; however if you would like to share something go for it!At the end of the night (approximately 9:00 pm), a favorite wine will be picked and a prize awarded. (You do not need to be present to win.) We will follow up the next day with a complete listing of all the wines that were brought/tasted.No previous wine knowledge is required.  No wine snobs or potential wine snobs allowed in class. However, we do prefer that you are vaccinated.We strongly suggest the use of a designated driver (e.g. uber) to practice safe driving protocols to/from this event. Your awareness of your own individual alcohol consumption and capabilities is highly encouraged.
