After using this process to escape an abusive relationship and break generational trauma, I psychoanalyzed my writing with trauma-informed psychotherapists and ancestral healers to build my framework. I now coach others to write their <a href="https://www.sincerelymissmary.com/daretorise" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">memoirs</a> using this process and as well as direct s<a href="https://www.sincerelymissmary.com/transformyourtrauma" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">omatic wellness writing programs</a> co-lead with trauma experts to help others navigate their healing journey.My credentials?I&#x27;ve directed 2 group coaching programs with trauma-informed mental health experts to guide students through the somatic trauma writing process to help their healing journey. I work with adults who have complex childhood trauma, CPTSD, and PTSD.I&#x27;ve taught over 40 people how to somatically write through live intimate workshops.I am currently a trauma specialist in training.
