A night of improvisational music - electronic and acoustic - for musicians and sound makers of all skill levels.

COME! PLAY! DANCE! JAM! Be part of the Ego Free Jam, two sets of 2-hour live improvisational music sessions with emphasis placed on exploring our creativity in a safe space, listening to and supporting each other through a co-creative journey.There are no audiences at an Ego Free Jam. We&#x27;re all participants, even when we&#x27;re just quietly enjoying the groove. Allow for the magic to happen!We&#x27;ll start the evening off with a warm-up exercise where we express any resistance we have to letting go, allowing ourselves to get to the other side of embarrassment, and feel the freedom of play.Try and come before either of the jam starts (7 and 10 PM) but you&#x27;re welcome any time. Stay for however long or briefly you want!
