Make your own tinctures with a workshop led by Kelly!You can choose to make either a ginger or ashwagandha tincture.Relax and unwind with a sound bath meditation with Chaya!Chaya Glaser is a musician, music teacher and certified sound healer. Informed by her Orff Schulwerk training, she has over 15 years of music education experience, exploring sound and music as a universal language beginning with the rhythm of our heartbeat. Limited spaces available**Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket for the Sound Bath Meditation.
