Dark winter months provide an excellent opportunity to tap into the deep rhythmic cycles of nature, reminding us that all life depends on and ebb and flow. Embracing the darker dormant winter season allows for the dynamic growth of spring. Honoring the body and mind's need to rest creates inspiration and rejuvenated energy.Rhythmic Yoga and Meditation is an offering aimed at helping everyone learn some highly effective yoga and breathing practices that can be used daily. Proper care of the nervous system will improve your and overall health, which radiates to profoundly impacts quality of life for you and others. Doors open at 12 noon to arrive, settle, and begin promptly at 12:15 pm. We will finish at 1:45pm before the brewery opens at 2pm. We invite you to stay after our practice to grab a snack, process your experience further, and enjoy each other's company. Books and Brews offers discount Sunday flights as well as their normal line-up of delicious food and beverage! (B&amp;B purchases not included in event ticket.)For this event we ask you to please bring your yoga mat, water bottle and a pillow/backjack/bolster for support. We highly suggest dressing in layers to easily respond to your body's needs.
