Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. is a Louisville-based national 501C3 Economic Development Organization and certified Community Development Entity (CDE) under The U.S. Department of Treasury. The chamber is focused on "Moving Black America Forward" through the creation of innovative programming that will lead to economic and social mobility for Black Americans. The organization hosts nonprofit events to raise funding to support programming.
