GC Digital Initiatives

In this session, we will gather faculty and students to talk about their research investigating GIS-related scientific topics or using GIS

This event is part of the three events happening during GIS Week in the GC, organized by the GCDI. The goal is to showcase the research that is done in the GC, as well as highlight how GIS topics and GIS tools can be used to promote and advance science. This event will gather academic faculty and students developing research in GIS related topics or using GIS tools. We will have talks from researchers both in social and natural sciences from our CUNY community, and people will be able to discuss and ask questions about the research topics presented. Ahearn</a>, professor of the Center for Advanced Research of Spatial Information (CARSI) and Director in the Masters of GeoInformatics Program (MGeoI)</li></ol>
