GIS Week - Open House

GC Digital Initiatives

In this open house, we will gather academics and staff working around CUNY campuses with different GIS tools, research and opportunities.

This event is part of the three events happening during GIS Week in the GC, organized by the GCDI. The goal is to bring what GIS-related resources are available in CUNY to the attention of our entire community. Through the talks, you will learn about what kinds of tools, services and techniques are available to our community throughout the university.Invited guests:

3) <a href="https://www.valeriebauer.com/about" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Valerie Bauer</a>, graduate student of Lehman College’s GIS master’s program
4) <a href="https://www.gc.cuny.edu/Page-Elements/Academics-Research-Centers-Initiatives/Doctoral-Programs/Earth-and-Environmental-Sciences/Faculty-Bios/Sean-C-Ahearn" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sean C. Ahearn</a>, professor of the Center for Advanced Research of Spatial Information (CARSI) and Director in the Masters of GeoInformatics Program (MGeoI)
