Join us for an introduction to lunar wisdom, where we'll learn how to use lunar cycles for empowerment as we step into the new year.

Your monthly lunar cycle is a roadmap that provides rich and powerful insight into the health and nourishment of your physical and emotional body. Learning how to live in alignment with each phase of your lunar cycle is a necessity that is everyone’s birthright. Using this map helps you learn how to work in alignment with the ancestral wisdom of your presence. This map empowers you to live in your purpose, which in turn nourishes you spiritually. In this 2-hour workshop, we'll explore:<ul><li>Our personal and collective relationship to the moon, its power, and how we can utilize its energies to create magic in our lives</li><li>Each of the lunar cycles, from the new moon to the full moon, and how we can work with each phase to imbue our lives with purpose and meaning</li><li>The archetypes and stories attributed to the moon, which teach us that all magic is cyclical, circular, and transitional</li></ul>This workshop is an introductory exploration of Lunar wisdom, and will include lecture, reflection, storytelling, group sharing, and time for questions and answers.In preparation for the workshop, please gather the following items:<ul><li>Pen and paper ,or journal.</li><li>Tools to create a sacred space, such as incense, a pillow and blanket, or music.</li><li>Snacks and/or drinks for nourishment.</li></ul>———————————————NOTE:This is a live workshop, with a recording available for 2 weeks sent out to all registered participants.Buying this course as a gift? This wisdom is liberation oriented. It is a powerful practice of remembering. The moment she committed to herself in love and deep compassion, allowing space to be made in each cycle, her life began to FLOW. Effort is less. This work teaches you about your own time and space, YOUR PRESENCE. A place you can always go back to. A HOME. It also gently offers a perspective on how to honor your tides in ways that remind you of who you are. Wholeness as a way of being is what you will get out of this practice.
