<p>Yoga &amp; Vibes is an indoor yoga class every other Sunday, in the heart of Downtown Oakland.  This 45 min yoga class links intentional movement with breath to foster physical and spiritual healing. We offer a multitude of modifications for wherever you are in your practice, so please come as you are. The vibes, are the spaces pre and post class where you have the opportunity to enjoy refreshments by Mico Juice, conversations with the teacher or connect with like minded community members. Seasonal depression is real and I think it&#x27;s important to find spaces to heal and recharge. Yoga &amp; Vibes intention is to offer support and community as we practice making healthier choices and decisions for ourselves. </p>
