A 7 part course for anyone, at any stage of life, seeking to envision and create end of life care plans in community. Jan 13-Feb 24, 2022.

Course meetings are Thursdays 5:30-7pm PST, Jan 13-Feb 24, 2022, live on Zoom.This course is designed to support you: <ul><li>Envisioning what a good death means to you</li><li>Creating a living will or care plan</li><li>Choosing your end of life care team </li><li>Choosing options for burial/disposition </li><li>Designing funeral ceremonies and rituals</li><li>Giving gifts to the living (Including but Moving Beyond the Material "estate")</li><li>Communicating with loved ones about their wishes and yours</li><li>Finding supportive practices to be with grief and joy while being present with death</li></ul>Structurally, this course includes:<ul><li>Weekly Workshops &amp; Community Support Circles </li><li>2, 1-1 check ins with me (optional)</li><li>Weekly journal prompts and reflective practices intended to support you as you move through the course (optional)</li></ul>Registration is open now - December 30.&lt;3
