Healing our Shadow Self - integrating our shadow and light self

I teach Reiki I, II, and III in addition to providing Reiki healing sessions and Reiki Shares. I teach Tarot and Oracle card readings and provide certification.  In addition to Witchcraft classes.

During this class we will learn how to dig deeper into our shadow self and integrate our shadow and light self together. A discussion will be approximately 15-20 minutes of class, we will go over journaling question you can do for the next month. Following the discussion I will pull oracle cards to help you on your healing pathway. Then we will have an integration meditation to heal past trauma that has been hiding deep within your shadow.If possible think of a memory, recent or old, where you felt pain or trauma. You can use that memory during the integration meditation. I recommend a journal for after the meditation. During the meditation you may want a box of tissues.   I am unable to give refunds for the event 2 days (48 hours) prior to the event.  If you ever have thoughts of suicide or severe depression please reach out to a physician, hospital, counselor, or psychologist.
