We're so excited to welcome chefs Jordan &amp; Aurora Coffee back to the farm, under the auspices of their latest culinary venture <a href="https://luminarychefs.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LUMINARY KITCHEN &amp; PROVISIONS</a> (Springfield IL. True to their dedication to crafting food from local farms, their meal will feature a whole hog from Triple S Farms in Stewardson IL. Planned MenuPorchetta stuffed with figs + macadamia butter + goat cheese barley risotto "Shake &amp; Bake" pork collar + endive + apple + Celery + smoked fetaCrab + bacon aioli + pelota roja + caramelized shallot cornbread + shaved Brussel Pork &amp; lamb sausage + sweet potato pancake + sumac + pelota roja &amp; pork jusHoneyed goat cheese tart + dark chocolate + pistachio + plumThis event will be held inside of our farm store, and seating will be limited to 40 guests.As a courtesy to our guests, we are requesting proof of vaccination to attend this event. We have come to this decision so that everyone can feel comfortable sharing food and beverage in a small space with strangers. Please bring either a paper or electronic copy of your proof of vaccination. Gratuity is included in your ticket price. Wine and beer or spirits will be available at additional cost.
