Join us for an exciting evening of cocktails and food pairings for the curious palate.
Kick off the holiday season with a festive holiday small plate & cocktail event at the farm. We've invited Chef and Director of Hospitality at CAMP AROMONI (Lasalle, IL) Cleetus Friedman and LUNA BAY Booch (Chicago, IL) Owner and Maker , Claire Ridge to meld their culinary and beverage talents. This will be a tasting menu; each course features a festive holiday cocktail made from Luna Bay Hard Kombucha and a small plate incorporating cheeses from Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery.

Prickly Pear Sangria - A unique approach to Sangria, blending fresh citrus juices, vanilla bean, cinnamon, brandy, red wine, and Luna Bay Prickly Pear
Served with - Fennel and pear salad, arugula, caraway and PFFC herbed fresh chevre
Second Course Includes...
Hibiscus and Lavender Gimlet - Made with fresh Lemon juice, locally crafted vodka, Elderberry liquor, and Luna Bay Hibiscus Lavender
Served with PFFC Little Bloom on the Prairie, drizzled with local honey and served on a rosemary flax cracker
Third Course...
Cran-Blueberry Booch Bash - Fresh lime juice, locally crafted cranberry gin and Luna Bay Blueberry
Served with Apple Cranberry Cheese Spread, crispy bacon, and tomato toasted ciabatta
Fourth Course...
Ginger-Lemon Moscow Mule, traditional Vodka Lime based cocktail with a ginger lemon Luna Bay Booch twist, topped with fresh rosemary
Served with Roasted butternut squash, PFFC Feta, Rosemary balsamic syrup and lemon zest, topped with toasted pumpkin seeds
Finishing with a sweet surprise cheesecake with fruit compote!
This event will be held inside of our farm store, and seating will be limited to 40 guests. Gratuity is included in the ticket price.
As a courtesy to our guests, we are requesting proof of vaccination to attend this event. We have come to this decision so that everyone can feel comfortable sharing food and beverage in a small space with strangers. Please bring either a paper or electronic copy of your proof of vaccination.
