World Poetry Slam Champion Harry Baker is a poet and a maths graduate. He writes about important stuff like hope, dinosaurs and German falafel-spoons. His new collection ‘Unashamed’ was published with Burning Eye in 2022 and after a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe he toured his spoken word show of the same name around the UK in 2022/3. He’s mainly just thrilled to be back on stage where he belongs.

Hey Friends! After 15 months of being shut in a room performing to a laptop I have been back doing what I love and performing to real life people again and turns out I love it more than ever, so wanted to finish the year in style with an extra special London gig! When I say in style I mean I&#x27;m on a boat, motherlovers! Teaming up with the fabulous London Barge Company (https://www.instagram.com/thelondonbargecompany/) they&#x27;ll be serving up some cheese and wine while I&#x27;m serving up some Christmas (lyrical) miracles, Including some faves from my latest tour, some old classics, and a couple of festive specials. (I&#x27;ll even bring some books for stocking fillers...)The barge will be docked by Victoria Park, the joy of a moving venue is I will have to let you know the precise location nearer the time, but what I can guarantee is it will be stunning! The nature of being a barge and not a superyacht is we can only fit 30 people in, so be sure to book in advance to nab a spot (/let me know if I should do this more than once!)Let me know any questions, hopefully see you there x
