Registration Fees
Registration In-Person: $695
In-Person registration includes continental breakfast and lunch each day along with all conference materials. Dinners are on your own.

General Ticket Registration will end March 25th, 2026 at 5:00pm.
Saturday Ticket Registration will end April 6th, 2026 at 5:00pm.
Spring Plenary is expected to run until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 11th. Please consider this when making your travel plans. We want to ensure all voices are heard regarding these important resolutions!

Flying In?Touch down at Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) — just 15 minutes from the hotel! Convenient flight options are available from three major airlines and airports including LAX, Burbank, San Diego, Orange County, Palm Springs, and Ontario. Once you land, it's a quick ride via Uber, Lyft, or taxi to the hotel — you'll be there in no time.
Or whether you're flying into San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland International (OAK), or Sacramento International (SMF), getting to the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country is simple and scenic!
- From SFO – About 75 miles south of Santa Rosa, allow 1.5 to 2 hours by car. Shuttle and private transfer services are also available.
- From OAK – Roughly 70 miles away, expect a 1.5-hour drive through some beautiful Bay Area views.
- From SMF – Located approximately 95 miles east, plan for a 2-hour drive across Northern California’s scenic countryside.
Prefer Public Transit?Local attendees, you’re in luck! The SMART Train stops just a short walk from the hotel. Hop aboard from locations throughout Marin and Sonoma County and arrive steps away from the event. Santa Rosa CityBus and Sonoma County Transit also offer nearby stops for easy and sustainable travel.

Please note that you must make hotel reservations separate from the event registration process. Registration confirmation for the event does not guarantee a hotel room reservation.
You must make reservations through the ASCCC group hotel block. The cut-off date for room reservations is March 9th, 2026.

How to participate in Saturday Virtual Session:
The Saturday Voting Session will be in person and online via Zoom. All attendees will receive an email invitation to the Saturday voting session prior to the event. If you are an admin and are registering a group of people, please make sure you are prepared with each persons email. The online meeting session will be invitation only to ensure no solicitors.
FAQs
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
We no longer take direct ticket transfers. You will need to submit a new registration for each person attending.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
• Payment is required prior to entering an Academic Senate event.
• Please remember that the last day (April 1st, 2026) to cancel your registration without penalty is always posted on each event's webpage, and is listed in each confirmation email. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@asccc.org on or before the posted date. Registration will not be canceled due to non-payment. All cancellations made after the posted cancellation date will be assessed a $175 cancellation fee.
• Full Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after the posted cancellation deadline.
• Cancellations made less than 7 business working days prior (April 1st, 2026) to the event will be billed the full registration amount for the conference.
• No shows, unclaimed "TBA" attendees, and cancellations made after the deadline will be billed to you and/or your college for the total cost of registration and room if applicable to the event. As attendees are permitted to register without funds, we have no way of determining cancellation unless specifically told, in writing.
• It is your responsibility to ensure payment of the registration fee. Submission of your registration signifies agreement with this policy.
• Unpaid balances owed to the Academic Senate must be paid off before an attendee can register for a future event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, All attendee registrations must match the ticket. We no longer take direct transfers. Every attendee must submit their own registration and payment.
