The Moderator Training Program teaches Forum Moderators how to lead their Forum in terms of vision, mission and goal-setting and how to manage their Forum processes and members. They receive step-by-step instruction on critical Forum meeting functions, and have the opportunity to practice Forum facilitation skills and processes.
In a full day training, gain tools to enhance your skills to be a leader among leaders. Understand how to balance the three roles of a moderator as a leader, manager, and participant. Learn from others how to apply meeting best practices to take your Forum to the next level.
