The Veteran Recruiting Conference is an annual conference specifically for large (1,000+ US employees) organizations that are seeking information, advice and resources to help them improve their veteran talent programs. The conference is produced by The Value Of a Veteran.
This is the premier professional education event for corporate talent acquisition, talent management, diversity professionals and employee resource group leaders with responsibility for veteran recruiting and retention results. We spend 3 days doing deep dives into topics such as:

2025 will be our 13th annual event. Our attendees come from mid-to-large companies and have veteran talent programs that range from mature (5+ years) to just starting to build out.
