Please register early. The hotel registration link will available in July to those who have registered to vend before July. The hotel will sell out quickly. The hotel does not offer any parking discounts.


We have limited space. No food or snack vendors will be allowed. Contact us before you register to let us know what you want to vend. That will keep us from having too many vendors selling the same merchandise. However, if we end up with duplicate MLM companies, we will take the first one who registered. Please register early to insure you will be able to vend. Wi-Fi is available for a $20.00 a day fee Payable in advance to the hotel.

Exhibitor Set Up & Vending Time:

Friday set up: 10:30am-12:30pm Vending time: 12:30pm-1:00am

Saturday set up: 7:00am Vending time 8:00am-3:00pm

Sunday vending time : 8:00am-4:00pm

Breakdown occurs at the conclusion of the event. Vendors are responsible for disposing of their trash and other materials. Please bring trash bags with you and remove or cover all items when leaving.

Location: All vending will be located in the lobby of the Banquet Room area.

Staffing: Tables must be staffed at all times. The Union Crew will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise occurring during the weekend of events. Staff is limited to two people per vendor.

Specifics: Only the business responsible for the exhibitor contract may occupy the space at this event. Your table must represent only the business that is contracted with the Union Crew. One business per table. No table sharing. Vending fee does not include meals or admission into the events. The vending fees allows you access to vending area only. The hotel has a restaurant for your convenience, or you may prepay in advance for our catered event. Absolutely, no food or snacks can be sold at the hotel. Failure to comply may result in a loss of vending privileges and no refund.

Table Size: Table space is approximately 6ft. One table and two chairs will be provided.

All extra merchandise, boxes or storage containers should be placed under the tables under the covering of the tablecloth. Please only occupy the space that you are assigned.

If you have your own vendor props which require more than the 6 foot space provided, you must pay $50.00 for the additional space or additional table. The cost is $50.00 for each additional 6 foot of space or per clothing rack. All additional space or tables much be purchased by December 30, 2024 (no exceptions). We will "not" make any changes, add more tables or space during the weekend of the event. If you require electricity, you must let us know before December 30, 2024 (no exceptions). If you have a request for anything, you must inquire by December 30, 2024 and we will see if we can accommodate you(no exceptions).

As an authorized representative for the exhibitor, I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions set forth for this event. I agree that a registration transmitted by facsimile or email shall be deemed to be an original and enforceable document. I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Our Sunday Breakfast is not included in your vending fees. If you would like Sunday breakfast, you must pay in advance along with your registration.

Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. If we cancel the event for any reason. we will refund your vendor fee minus the Eventbrite fees.

Friday & Saturday (2 days) Cost is $300.00

Friday, Saturday & Sunday (All 3 days) $ 395.00

Sunday Breakfast $50.00 per person

Just Saturday 9am-4pm Cost is $160.00
