About this event

Let's get together!

Exciting news! The date has been set for our Annual Charity Event benefiting Traditions Missions! This year’s shootout will be held on Thursday, October 30th, 2025. We will be hosted again this year by the great team and facility at The Cedar Gate in Kingfisher, OK! Be ready for a day of great competition, and afterward a great lunch with ice cold beverages, awards, and raffle prizes!

With contributions from our sponsors and participants over the past ten years, we have raised over $477,000 to the Bob Stoops Champions Foundation, the Head Ball Coach Champions Foundation and the Traditions Missions Foundation. We have had the privilege of using these funds to help individuals in need, as well as organizations such as United Way, that benefit the entire community. We appreciate your involvement in this tournament and your contribution to each Foundation’s great cause.

We are seeking your support as a sponsor, a prize donor or as a team shooting in the tournament. There are many levels of sponsorship available as outlined in the proceeding information, and we are always open to custom sponsorship ideas.

To ensure your contribution is appropriately recognized at the tournament, please complete registration through this event page or contact Christian Everhart at christian.everhart@traditionshg.com to coordinate your involvement!
