With the completion of catalytic projects including the May Lee State Office Complex, the SMUD Museum of Science &amp; Curiosity, Track 281 Apartments and Touchstone Brewing, the River District is rapidly becoming Sacramento's newest live/work neighborhood. In 2025, several high-profile developments were completed, including Mirasol Village and The Hayley at Township 9. In the coming months, construction will begin on a new wave of projects, including the Alchemist Public Market and the Caption by Hyatt Hotel. Come learn about everything happening in the River District and the nearby Railyards at this special event happening in the auditorium at the beautiful May Lee State Office Complex.
