About this event

Hello, friends!

We’re pleased to invite you to the 2025 Fluid Motion Factory Rendezvous at Roche Harbor on September 4–7, 2025.

Put on your bell bottoms, dust off your platform shoes, and get ready to groove to some Donna Summer—this year’s theme is "Disco on the Dock: A 70s Celebration!"
We’ll have prizes for the grooviest getups during Saturday’s happy hour, so come dressed to impress in your best disco threads.

But wait—can you dig it? If you’ve decked out your boat in full disco dazzle—think mirror balls, funky lights, and sparkle for days—we want to see it! Judges will be strutting the docks from 12pm–3pm on Saturday to choose their favorite far out ride. The winner for best-decorated boat will be announced during Saturday’s "Harbor Side Boogie Bash" happy hour.

We’ve got a funky lineup of activities planned all weekend long. Kevin Carlton from Roche Harbor will once again host his legendary Chip ’n Sip Challenge from the party barge, complete with disco tunes. Should be outtasite! Fishing and crabbing derbies will be happening all weekend, the cornhole tournament is sure to be far out, and you won’t want to miss this year’s “Groove Quest” scavenger hunt. We’ll also have the 2025 Ranger Tugs, Cutwater, and Solaras on display so truck on over there and check them out—they’ll be shining bright like disco balls.

Don’t forget to bring something two people can float and paddle—you’ll need it for the always hilarious blindfolded dinghy race, where the only thing that’s clear is the fun.

We’ve created an official Factory Rendezvous smartphone app just for this event! It’s the easiest way to stay in the loop and connect with your fellow groovers. The app is free with your registration and gives you access to live event info, daily video updates, key announcements, the scavenger hunt, and more. We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready to download.

Our customer service reps will be mingling on the docks to answer your questions, but there won’t be a formal customer service or parts desk at the event. No boat work will be done during the Rendezvous, so please schedule any service before or after. If you need parts, just reach out to our parts distributor, Marine Depot Direct at (855)-215-4211 or fluidmotionparts@marinedepotdirect.com

MOORAGE INFORMATION
Roche Harbor Marina has offered free moorage on Wednesday, Sept 3rd for boats staying Thursday through Saturday evenings!

You do not need to register with Dockwa this year. By completing this registration, you will automatically be signed up for moorage at Roche Harbor. You will pay them for your moorage upon arrival.

Main guest dock:
The main guest dock is always the hottest spot on the water—it tends to fill up fast. If you’re hoping to be docked there, your best move is to arrive early. Slips are assigned in order of arrival, and while Roche Harbor does their best to honor special requests, space on the main dock is prime real estate. So if you want the best chance of getting your preferred spot, dust off that disco playlist, fire up your engines, and plan to boogie into Roche early!

Boogie Boulevard (Med Tie Dock)
Looking for a fun moorage option with good vibes and friendly neighbors? Join us on Boogie Boulevard—our themed dock along the linear side of C-dock (formerly known as the President’s Club). Boaters here will Med-moor (stern-tie to the dock), a common and simple method used around the world. No anchors required—Roche Harbor’s dock staff will be ready to guide you in, help you tie up, and move your dinghy to the nearby dinghy dock. See an example of the med tie here: https://www.tugnuts.com/media/medtieexample-jpg.82976/

🚤 Best For: Boaters planning to stay moored throughout the event (rather than coming and going for fishing/crabbing).
🛥️ Eligible Boats: Inboard-powered models and outboards with Clear-Path swim platforms that extend behind the engines.

Why choose Boogie Boulevard?
🎁 Exclusive Perks – Boogie Boulevard guests will get half off on their moorage! Plus they will receive two free nights of moorage at Roche Harbor (valid for off-season use starting September 8), plus a special gift from Fluid Motion.

💃 Cool Community – You’ll be moored with fellow groovers who are ready to celebrate the weekend in style.

Disco Spirit – Deck out your boat, soak up the 70s vibes, and be part of one of the most festive spots at the Rendezvous.

Boogie Boulevard is also conveniently located near our Factory Boat Show, so you’ll be close to the latest Ranger Tugs, Cutwaters, and Solaras on display.

Availability is limited to just 30 boats, and spots go fast! You’ll have the option to select Boogie Boulevard during checkout—first come, first served.

Special docking requests:
As always, Roche Harbor will do its best to accommodate as many special docking requests as possible. Due to the size of our group, special requests must be fulfilled by order of arrival. Please mention your request to the harbormaster when you radio in. If you have a health or mobility issue, please let us and them know when you register here with Eventbrite.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The registration fee is $95.00 per adult (21+). Children (under 21) are free but must be registered so we account for them when ordering food.
