We try hard to make the ER&L online conference intentionally engaging, connected and a bit fun as well for our library and industry attendees. Later this summer, we'll be sharing all the participation opportunities for your eresources community including session proposal dates, community vote options, workshop development deadlines and volunteer roles.

What is the ER&L ticket cancellation policy?

All requests must be made in writing. Through Dec 1, 2024, receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. From Dec 1 – Jan 31, 2025, receive a 50% refund. After Feb 1, 2025, refunds will not be allowed on and after this date.

What is the ER&L ticket change policy?

All requests must be made in writing. Through Jan 31, 2025, ER&L will refund the difference from the original ticket to the prevailing rate for a onsite ticket. After Feb 1, 2025, refunds will not be allowed.

What is the ER&L ticket transfer policy?

Update your registration to someone else by updating the information on the Eventbrite registration site. Locate your original ticket confirmation email and log into Eventbrite to make the change. You will need the new attendee contact info and registration question responses. Complete by 3/3/25.
