Later this summer, we'll be sharing ​all the participation opportunities​ for your eresources community including session proposal dates, community vote options, workshop development deadlines and volunteer roles.

Frequently asked questions

What is the ER&L ticket cancellation policy?

All requests must be made in writing. Through Dec 1, 2024, receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. From Dec 1 – Jan 31, 2025, receive a 50% refund. After Feb 1, 2025, refunds will not be allowed after this date. Any onsite ticket may transfer to the online conference.

What is the ER&L ticket change policy?

All requests must be made in writing. Through Jan 31, 2025, ER&L will refund the difference from the original in-person ticket to the prevailing rate for an online ticket. After Feb 1, 2025, refunds will not be allowed and your original in-person ticket will be honored for online conference access.

What is the ER&L ticket transfer policy?

You may update your registration to someone else by updating the information on the Eventbrite registration site. Locate your original ticket confirmation email and log into Eventbrite to make the change. You will need the new attendee contact info and registration question responses.

When will I have access to the ER&L conference hotel block?

A limited number of rooms will be sent early to premium presale registrants to gain access to a block of lower-cost GSA per diem rooms. In FY 2024, the US GSA rate was $184 per night. The conference block room rate is $262 per night. All hotel details will be posted by August 15, 2024.
