Join us for the 2025 Delaware Wing Conference and Change of Command. It will be a day of learning, networking, and fun! And the cost of admission includes a hot breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, and afternoon snacks! Always a crowd pleaser and a bargain.
Meet with others from other units in and out of Delaware Wing. The morning will feature a general assembly and our annual awards ceremony. Plus, we will swear in and welcome our new Delaware Wing Commander! In the afternoon we will have seminars lead by some guest speakers and many of our local Delaware Wing experts so you can learn how to be more effective and progress in CAP.
Also in the afternoon, the cadets will have a special track of interesting and interactive seminars designed especially for them.
There are BIG discounts for those who register by 30 April. All attendees will receive a special gift (while supplies last). Hope to see you there!
Tentative Schedule:
0730-0830: Hot Breakfast Buffet
0830-1230: General Session, Change of Command, Awards Ceremony (includes breaks)
1230-1400: Lunch Buffet
1400-1700: Seminars (Three 50 minute blocks with 10 minute breaks)
Uniform of the day: Blues (service coat preferred, but not required), white aviator shirt (with blazer preferred, but not required), and polo shirts allowed. No ABUs or flight suits. Cadets without blues wear appropriate civilian attire. Regardless of uniform, make sure you wear it in accordance with CAPM 39-1, including weight and grooming standards.
Base Security: All conference attendees, CAP members or otherwise, MUST be registered by the deadline or they may not be allowed access to the base.
