The Hillsboro Airport Block Party has always been about bringing neighbors together and celebrating our connection with the community.
In light of recent concerns about increased federal activity in the surrounding Portland area, and around the Hillsboro Airport, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s event. Our top priority is the safety and comfort of our community members, partners, and staff.
The Port of Portland remains deeply committed to ensuring our events are safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces for everyone. We’re grateful to all the staff, vendors, and volunteers who have put time and care into planning this year’s celebration. We look forward to coming together again at next year’s Block Party.
We hope to stay connected and look forward to finding other ways to engage with our neighbors.
